Our February 23rd chapter meeting was a wild success! It was so great to spend time with all of the caring ladies of the North Houston Chapter. We are growing so much and that makes us so HAPPY!
We are excited to announce that our February 23rd donation was awarded to Spring-Woodlands Ministries. We were touched to hear how they are tirelessly striving to address the needs of local seniors, by providing quality groceries and meals for their physical nourishment, and showing them love and kindness to nourish their souls. If you were not able to attend the meeting, you still have an opportunity to contribute to our collective donation by clicking here, or go to www.100womennorthhouston.com/make-a-donation.
We were also blessed to hear from 2 other local non-profits and we would encourage all of our members to learn more about them as well, and get involved in any way you might feel led.
Dec My Room provides an unbelievably special service to fully decorate hospital rooms for kids who are in long-term hospital care. It was so inspiring to hear how they touch the lives and hearts of families who are going through a difficult time, by creating a beautiful, fun, peaceful environment for patients to heal physically and emotionally.
